Initial Six Weeks Here are 10 exercises designed for you to do during your first six-week fitness stint.

Do the first four during the first week, exercises 1 through 5 within the second week, 1 through half dozen within the third week, 1 through 7 within the fourth week, 1 through 9 within the fifth week, and 1 through ten within the sixth week. For the first two weeks, limit your daily exercise time to ten minutes. Once that you must be getting a minimum of fifteen minutes of exercise daily. If you complete each exercise the number of times indicated and still have time left, repeat them in numerical order. Record the number of times you did each exercise each day on the exercise work-up sheet, page 94. Do not forget to watch your diet and to add as many opportunities during the day for physical activity as you can.
